A Circle for Practitioners
We Practice is a 12-week peer Circle for therapists, coaches, mediators, and social workers. Not supervision. Not a support group. Not professional development. A peer practice, built by practitioners, for practitioners.
What practitioners carry
There is no shared office. No colleagues in the next room. No one to sit with at the end of the day who understands what the work actually costs you. What we find practitioners are hungry for is not to talk about their clients — it is to share their inner experience of it. What it felt like. What it stirred. What it cost.
You hold space for everyone. We Practice holds it for you.
Why Circle
Most professional support puts someone at the front of the room. A trainer, a supervisor, an expert with an agenda. Circle does not. The form itself prevents hierarchy from creeping back in.
The Format
We Practice runs on a proven 12-week Circle format. Not because the structure is the point — but because a reliable container is what makes depth possible. Six practitioners. The same faces. The same rhythm. The same intention.
Circle Keepers
Each Circle is assembled and tended by two Circle Keepers — practitioners themselves, working one-on-one with clients in their own practice. They bring the questions, hold the shape of the Circle, and then sit within it as participants. There is no facilitator. There is no one at the front of the room. The Keepers are the most experienced people in the space at the practice of Circle itself — not at your work, which you understand as well as anyone.
Who This Is For
If you work closely with people in moments of difficulty — and you have felt the particular loneliness of having no peers with whom to share the experience of that work — this is for you.
Circles are small by design. Six practitioners, assembled with care.
Each Circle is curated for depth — not selectivity, but intentionality. The conversation, the container, and the experience are all held with care.
